Ive been booking our personal and business bookings through this site for almost 5yrs now. Its great! Simple to use, fairly accurate information and if you have a problem you can contact them to assist you with resolving the issue. I know Ive had a couple of those situations and the representatives have been reasonable with solutions. Its a site that people should use regularly :)

I made my reservation and I drive a long way. I learned that there is no room in the hotel when I arrived at 22.00 at night. I had to find a hotel now in this crowded Bursa city.

I really enjoy hotels.coms reward program. But when it comes to the application I may suggest some improvements. The app does not allow me to book different types of rooms for different people. It is same for the dates. When Im making a booking for a group of people the application limits me regarding the date and room types. I need to make another reservation when I someone in the groups as a different plan.

Generally ok, but there is one nasty thing: if you make a booking without being logged in, you dont see the booking in the upcoming bookings. Its possible to find the booking, but it wont show up with the other bookings. Called info and they acknowledged the issue, but said they cant do anything with it. There are people with more important problems in life, but hey, its such a stupid issue that I book through another supplier.

After fresh installation of the app,when the user clicks on create an account button after putting the correct details, an error message appears saying Server returned Status Code 403. Please fix this bug. Thank you!
