This is the WORST. You can’t get actual itineraries on your trip and there is ABSOLUTELY NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I even tried looking up their supposed customer service number because it is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON THEIR WEBSITE but this number is a scam. They try to sell you other products (like a device to monitor falls and such for seniors). This website is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!
I was not offered a refund after the date of my entry was changed
This app is a scam and liar and should be reported to bbb Most info on the site is false. You literally have to call, the hotel individually to see if there is Wi-Fi. Cable. Parking. Work ing elevators etc. calling thru customer service is lie calling a Patel motel. Complete idiots.
Hotels.com used to be a great service. Ever since Expedia acquired the site, it’s garbage. The compensation isn’t as good. And now, Hotels.com allows hotels to add resort fees after you book. So the price shown on the app is wrong. The Federal Trade Commission has guidelines about truth in advertising for hotel pricing. This practice goes directly against this. What deception.
App is quirky. Last reservation remains a 250 loss with no product. Cancelled but no money back. I even bought a insurance on it. All fraud. Both don't match but bought together. Run. Delete ❌
I’ve used this app on and off for years. Last week, I booked a hotel in Georgia with it. Got home a few days later and I get a notification that I have a new booking for the same hotel for the upcoming week. Huh?! I did not make that booking! If I try to cancel it, it wants to charge me to cost of the hotel! I cannot get a human on the phone or on chat, there’s no email option, the hotel won’t answer the phone, and reaching out on social media got me no response. Uninstalling the app and filing a fraud report on the charges. Do better!
Hilton delivers consistent high quality staff and staff services. The staff was great. The building design and furnishings for this brand are great. The public spaces and rooms were scrupulously clean, with a minor exception mentioned below. We stayed 4 nights, and the breakfast meat was chicken cutlets every morning. A bit repetitive. Now that Home2 is pet friendly, the upholstered furniture needs regular steam cleaning to eliminate all the smell of animals. All in all, a pleasant experience.
Usually great but I have had 3 times when I paid for a room and when my employee got to the hotel they said there was no booking. Very very frustrating
Always use your app
Hotels.com makes booking hotels easy with very good information about different hotels.
I cancelled a reservation and they said they would return my spend, and they never did. Scam service.
This site is almost impossible to sign into reliably
Requires you to have an account just to view trips other people have booked. That alone has convinced me to never use their service. This is a fundamentally broken and unnecessary design choice, making this worse than a broken app. Embarrassing.
Not clean
this motel isn’t suitable for anyone single or with family. they have people staying there and some windows were broken and felt in safe
It is easy to make and pay upfront for a hotel using the App. The problem was I paid the extra money for cancellation insurance. Due to illness I canceled the Hotel stay about 24 hours before I was due to be at the hotel. Bottom line, I never received my refund. Waste of money to buy the insurance on their site.
This website is not user friendly and makes changes or cancellations needlessly difficult. There is no live help available and no contact number for customer service r just a virtual assistant which doesn’t help some issues. I would skip this d just book direct with the place you want to stay
I have updated the app but it still asks me to update the app and will not allow me to use it
Booked the room so I could cook in the room. Stove didn’t work. Took 10 minutes for water to get hot in the shower. Roaches, dead and alive. 10/10 would not recommend.
Worst place to ever stay at in Daytona , stove popped , oven wouldn’t turn off I payed for beachfront but instead they gave me a side view of the parking lot blankets were dirty yellow and brown stains
Clean, spacious, excellent breakfast, brand new!
I have since moved to Priceline to book all my hotels. I used to love Hotels.com and recommended them to many people. You could book 10 rooms and they rewarded you with a free night the value of your average stay. It was awesome. Then they stupidly changed to OneKey Cash which gave you a couple bucks off a booking. Big deal. I’m so much happier with Priceline now. It’s a much better booking service, easy to use and great customer service and prices. Sorry Hotels.com, but you screwed up royally in my opinion.
Nice hotel; smells good, I would definitely recommend to anyone there for Ft. Sill. Conveniently located; near Mall and other amenities. Restaurant directly in front of the hotel, if you don’t feel like going out. I had a problem with the people directly above me but I called the front desk and they resolved the issue
Found a place cheaper then when you call
The room is at the basement. If I had known it, I would have chosen something else. But now it’s too late to change when everywhere else you called was fully booked
They canceled my reservation, i contacted almost every number i could and nobody can tell me why it was canceled and they took my money and expect me to wait 7-10 days for it when i urgently need it.
Location, location, location. Electronic existence, meet and talk to no one. Mostly very quiet at night with some days early morning garbage collection and other noisy activities. Small rooms but very functional.
This hotel is perfectly located and offers a lot of amenities. The rooms are clean, although a little on the smaller side. Pricing is about par with other Hawai’i hotels and so is the cost of parking. The hotel has a variety of bars and restaurants, and at the top, a wonderful happy hour bar.
Reservation not shown , questions as to what you’re being charged for. NO HUMAN INTERFACE
The air conditioner cover fell off and it was filthy. The refrigerator door wouldn’t close. The toilet seat was broken. And breakfast???? How about toast. Maybe a tiny muffin
Apparently, you can’t login now unless you agree to deal with Expedia and VRBO. I don’t want that.
I have used this site for a long time and always find so many great hotels and deals! Great options for all price ranges and absolutely love the reserve now, pay later. Will continue to be a customer with all of my travel adventures ;)
The booking is easy, canceling or changing is like jumping through the most red tape nonsense. You have to chat with an agent and I’ve waited on hold for over an hour even though I clicked cancel that doesn’t cut it. Terrible CS.
Clean and friendly service! Close to light rail and downtown Mesa.
Hotels.Com gave me a $1,112 receipt! And the account had not paid that to the hotel yet! So I arrived and there was no paid room!
The best
App is broken after the last update. There is a popup that constantly redirects you to the app store to update, but there is no update.
Needs major work on log-in and ability to redeem nights. Wonder if tonight’s room will be credited towards a free night??
You can’t get ahold of anyone if you book incorrectly and the stupid ai keeps saying even with a screen shot it can’t find my booking but the hotel can see it and can’t cancel with out the app. Terrible I wish I hadn’t seen the stupid add to try this app
Safe, quiet, convenient, clean
Thieves this app steals money
Looking at the photos online the hotel looks great so I booked a reservation for 2 nights which was over $300. I get to the hotel there is renovations going on which they never mentioned even when I spoke to someone on the phone, I had to wait at the front desk for like almost 4 minutes because the front desk clerk was playing video games in the back - I get checked in about 8 mins after being in the room-a bug crawls across the ceiling I didn’t notice what kind of bug because it was a little dark so I turned on the lights and another one comes crawling out that’s when I noticed it was a roach! I immediately call for front desk to come verify he comes down without a concern and confirms yes it is a roach!!! Ok sir give me my money back I’m outta here….
Great for getting good prices. Meh for user experience. It feels clunky and slow. Past stays also disappear from app. Notifications do not function properly.
The lighting is not optional for makeup & the bathroom door was really hard to open and close along the sliding track, otherwise all was good.
I used to use Hotels .com a lot! But now I moved on to other hotel search as this App update requirement is too rushy, none of others are requireing like that. I even tried on web version but map search doesn't work properly.. very poor service. I'm done with Hotels .com unless it stops requireing to update that is leading us to iOS update.
As my IPhone will only update to IOS 15, I will not be using Hotels.come any longer.
The hotel room I tried to get at the huge discount wouldn’t go through. Had to go to hotel and pay full price. This site scams you
Do NOT use Hotels.com. They sold me a room that ended up not being available at the hotel. I booked a two queen room, and the hotel only had a two double room. Hotels.com refuses to refund me the difference in room rates (about $40-$50). They say they’ve been trying to contact the hotel to confirm the difference in room rates, but when I called the hotel, the hotel said Hotels.com has never contacted them on my behalf. They also added that Hotels.com never actually does contact the hotels for cases like this, even though they say they do. Clearly, this is a company with no integrity and no care at all about their customers. They are giving me the runaround and have effectively stolen money from me.
A hotel where reality is better than the pictures! In all respects: service, comfort, elegance and location MDBeneish
