Service is great; app itself is bad
The service and rates are great. The app is really bad. Not optimized for the iPad Pro. Also, the web forms are glitching. It kept reloading the page, so I filled out my details (name, payment, email, phone, etc.) four times before it stopped bugging out.
Please put more app engineers on this app; it’s probably costing you money through unforced errors.
