Eg I cant see and change my input settings regarding address and contact information via the app. Other than that a really fantastic app.

Easiest way to get deleted from my phone : send notifications that are ads or deals.

One receive quite frequently discounts of 5 or 10 % but you cant use them for many hotels anymore! Hence Booking.com seems to get again the one and only

App does not show multiple bookings as it should....frustrating to keep searching for different bookings when all should be visable.

App is practical its easy to book an hotel on. Problem with a couple of things tho, sometimes the price will be in your home currency while sometimes it is in the local currecy of the hotel. When you click on the map in a specific hotel the app suddenly crashes. The big map (the one tomsearch hotel by location on) will not always show roads like if its not loading...

But no accurate info.

I love having this app on my phone, in case I need it on short notice or otherwise.

So far so good, still havent got the chance to book a free night, hopefully its nice and easy!

Id still use the website. Refreshing is slow and sometimes cant identify what city I am trying to book.

I have always used Booking.com and decided to hive Hotels.com a try since I stay in a hotel on average once a month and figured the accumulated stays for a free night would be worth it. I was wrong. The FIRST time I booked with Hotels.com they screwed up my reservation. Long story short I changed my reservation from two night to one night via the app and changed my room style. I then received an email from Hotels.com asking how my check in went, but the email arrived on the day I originally was to check in and not the new date. So I tried calling and there was no answer for an hour. So I decided to get in my car and start driving in the middle of the night to make use of this hotel room I was now paying for. The next day I called and finally got through but the representative said there was nothing I could do because I stayed in the hotel that night. Id like to add that Ive NEVER had an issue with Booking.com and Ive used them for well over 50 bookings in North America and all over Asia.

This app has a big flaw that it is unable to show nearby subway station on its map when checking out hotels in Taiwan. Need to go back to Google map to verify. Agoda has done a good job on this part, hotels.com needs to improve and learn from its competitor. The other big problem is hotels.com cannot offer hotels in certain locations but Agoda can. Make sure your company keeps up with your competitors.

This app is awesome. The loyalty program is very good! Have not been let down. Have had only great experiences using this app! Already received a few free hotel nights which were simple to redeem! Highly recommended *****
