Still cant sign in fix this error 3305!

I have been using hotels.com for years now, and I am very happy with it. Everything is seamless, and I can make changes pretty easily.

Its my preferred app for booking hotels.

I travel 3 weeks a month. The variety of excellent hotels, the program for loyal customer is great!! Besides that its so easy to use. I Recommend to everyone.

The service and rates are great. The app is really bad. Not optimized for the iPad Pro. Also, the web forms are glitching. It kept reloading the page, so I filled out my details (name, payment, email, phone, etc.) four times before it stopped bugging out. Please put more app engineers on this app; it’s probably costing you money through unforced errors.

I have had a few instances when hotels.com didnt inform me about the hotel not having my reservation or that the reservation was canceled. However when I called customer service, the rep was very helpful and found me a hotel. The app is very helpful and easy to use.

This app is very easy to navigate. I have used it while traveling, which saves a lot of time and anxiety. Everything was right when I got to the hotel. There werent any problems, anywhere. Love this app.

Quick and easy to book hotel rooms at a good rate.

The app doesnt let you sign in. Cant see a list of your reservations. Useless.

Great app! I travel a lot and getting the free night every ten is a great perk. They usually have a good selection of hotels for most areas. The app is easy to use and runs perfectly.

They are scam artist . Had one booking with them and price was completely different than what we had to pay at the hotel .

This app lets you see quickly and easily all of the essential things youd need to compare a hotel. PLUS, after booking 10 hotel nights you get one free! At any hotel! It rocks!

I even contacted their help desk via email and got first uninstall and reinstall the app. If that doesnt work, consider using a different device First of all, of course I tried uninstall/reinstall. And really? I should get a new phone so the hotels.com app works? I replied that Id already completed this steps multiple times including a shutdown in between the uninstall/reinstall. And I got this gem in return: Hello Lori, Thanks for your response. We would like to inform you that this is the steps on how you will refresh your Hotels.com app. Touch and hold the app that will not open until it starts to wiggle, and then tap the X icon in the corner if youre still experiencing difficulty. Tap "Delete" to remove the app completely and all its data from your IPhone. Tap the "App Store" from the home screen and locate the app to reinstall. Really??? Useless app. Useless tech support.

So many hotels and so easy to use. The rewards are straightforward and really good. Apps functions really well, too.
