The app doesnt open after update. It doesnt repair or action very long time. Developers doesnt care about it.

Have used several times and has been less than other sites. Phone help has been courteous and helpful when I needed assistance.

I use hotels.com all the time, but the app is terrible compared to the web interface.

And maybe Im missing something but when you go look at your bookings, you cant actually click on the hotel to view it outside of your booking. Change that and itll be much better.

OK so this application looks pretty easy but after youve made your booking it takes quite some time for it to appear on your account. If you want to update your booking you are out of luck. Several times Ive made my booking and gone to the hotel and They have never heard of me

Since Im in the equestrian business Im always on the road and staying at hotels almost every other week and this app makes it extremely covenant to book a hotel. You just have to type in the city and town of the place you are traveling and it will find you the closest hotels nearby. Its very fast and efficient and easy to use. It also offers rewards where if you book ten hotels and collect hotel.com rewards you can get your 11th hotel free. By the end of the year I got to chose any hotel and it was completely free. I really like the app and suggest it to anyone who travels a lot!

Part of the fun of having a supercomputer in your hand is using it to make fast bookings through the Hotels.com app. The current version is the fastest yet, with features approaching Artificial Intelligence. I always am presented with a good group of properties with useful reviews. It is as easy to use on the road as it is at home. Love the app!

I love this app. It has made traveling so much easier for about a year and a half. But recently it wont let me book. And even the Hotels website is down?? Not really sure why this is happening but my app has become so helpful in planning trips, which I do frequently living abroad, but Ive been so disappointed and upset lately. I hope the problem gets resolved very soon.

This app works just fine, I use it occasionally, never had a problem. This is one of those cases where the app works just as good, if not Better than visiting the website on an Internet browser.
